Volunteer Staff

Communicare services are provided by volunteers. Your first point of contact will be a Link person who will co-ordinate your needs with the availability of our volunteers. This may take a short time to arrange and more than one volunteer may be involved in providing any on-going support that you require.

Every request must go through a Link person and we would ask that you do not contact our volunteers direct.

All of our volunteers are closely vetted before being accepted into Communicare and supervised during their initial phase of helping us.

We aim to provide you with a quality service, however, if at any time you are unhappy with the volunteer provided or the way in which they support you then you should contact our Director on 01929 426644 and explain the cause of your dissatisfaction. A process of resolution will be put in place, which will involve yourself.

Should you wish to put yourself forward to be a volunteer then do contact our Director on 01929 426644. It would also be appreciated if you talked about the service you receive to your friends, as they may be encouraged to use Communicare or become volunteers.
